Had a great experience picking out my exceptional Lexus with Michael McKinley at Apex. He was very kind and not afraid to fix any issues with the car. It needed new control arms and an oil pan due to a stripped plug. He had it all done within a day and had the car ready for cruising. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is, when I got the car inspected before I bought it, the outside mechanic found it had no engine coolant! Fluid levels are a pretty basic part of an inspection. Hopefully, in the future, their mechanic is as thorough as the rest of their staff.

As a first time car buyer, I can say Mike at Apex Auto made it a seamless and stress-free process! From the excellent customer service, to affordable prices, the modern and clean interior of the office, every detail was perfect! Couldn’t recommend this business enough. Thanks Apex!

Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership, by far!! Tim’s super friendly and very easy to talk to, put me at ease right away. He’s a genuinely decent guy who just happens to sell vehicles. As a single woman I used to dread going to any dealership for reasons most women will understand but not anymore, I’ve found my dealer 🙂 Buying from Tim will have you feeling excited and confident throughout the whole experience, even after you drive off in your new car .. how many dealers do that?
